So cute!! <3
So cute!! <3
This is so pretty!! Your use of the soft gradient transition really create beautiful depth! Overall just so pretty and lovely to stare at, the image is tied so well together eeeee I cant get enough <3
I absolutely love the way this image frames itself, his silhouette here is so dang strong!
Some of the lines feel a little bit shaky but that also helps add to the interesting shapes hes built up with, also sometimes when two lines are very close in a image (eg the fur on Scourges spine, it’s very close to some of the fluff of his tail) sometimes it’s better to have it touch or be further apart, it helps with the silhouette and positive/negative space stuff, I saw a LavenderTowne video on it forever ago but I’m having a hard time finding it(if I can find it for you I’ll pop a link in here) 🥲
Regardless this image has so many strong shapes and is really visually interesting, I love the pop of the white outline which helps to really push the whole of his body to the attention of the viewer. I also really love how you drew his eyes and paw! Very beautiful work here! I look forward to seeing more of your work in the future!\
edit.. Totally fair!! Its a really awesome artwork!! it feels so visually interesting! Yeah the shakey lines by no means are a bad thing! I really like when art has that TEXTURE within the work! Its so fun and very cool to nibble on >:D!!!
Keep up the awesome work!!!
Thank you! Lol the shaky lines are actually intentional! I think it just makes a drawing look more visually interesting and gives it a more "hand dawn" feel to it. I LOVE putting imperfections in my work! It's very freeing :)
